Sign your contract, submit your retainer, and cue the happy dance — your date is officially locked in! Welcome to the Hannah Elaine Events family. This is where the fun really starts! You will receive a brief questionnaire and we will schedule our first meeting together.

We will kick the planning process off with your onboarding meeting, where we will walk through your Wedding Guide and map out the steps ahead. From there, it is monthly planning meetings, vendor sourcing, mood boards, timelines, and all the little details I genuinely love obsessing over. By the time your final venue walkthrough rolls around, you will feel completely confident — because every single detail will already be handled. Your only job left? Show up and celebrate!!

For the couple who has planned a majority of their wedding and simply needs a seasoned professional to take the reins as the day approaches. We will begin our monthly planning meetings three months from the wedding to walk through every detail — timelines, vendors, logistics, and everything in between. From that point forward, I become the main point of contact for all vendors so that leading up to your wedding day, your only job is to show up and celebrate.

MEET HANNAH
Hi there, I'm Han — and I have been obsessed with weddings since I was 16 years old. What started as a part-time job with a videography company evolved into a 14-year career built around one thing: ensuring couples are able to fully enjoy their wedding planning experience. I am the Planner who will geek out over your seating chart, cry at your vows, and make sure your emergency kit has everything short of a spare groom.

When it comes to planning a wedding, I pride myself on being two things at once: the most prepared person in the room and the warmest. I started in this industry at 16 years old, and what I understood even then is what still drives everything I do today — the couples who look back most fondly on their wedding day are the ones who were fully present for it. That's what I'm here to make possible.
My job goes far beyond logistics. I take the time to truly know my couples — your vision, your personalities, the details that matter most to you — so that every decision we make together feels intentional and completely personal. Every timeline, every vendor relationship, every design decision is made with care, because you deserve a wedding that looks and feels exactly like you.
Planning a wedding is one of the most significant seasons of your life, and it deserves to feel that way. I bring 13 years of experience, a genuine love for this work, and a deep commitment to making your planning season feel exciting and enjoyable — not overwhelming.
