For couples who don’t want to worry about the logistics and details the month of the wedding. We’ll meet twice: once three months prior to your wedding and once four-five weeks prior to your wedding. In the first meeting I will create customized day-of timelines for you, your vendors, your bridal party, and your families. In the second, we will discuss all of your wedding day details and I will become the point of contact for all vendors, logistics, and details. This will allow you to be fully present with those you love, and not stress about the logistics!
For couples who want to plan their wedding, but desire guidance and expertise along the way. I’ll walk with you through the planning process, so you confidently know you are asking the right questions, booking with trustworthy vendors, and planning the most seamless wedding day possible!
For couples seeking guidance from the moment the question is popped to the day you say “I do!” I’ll be by your side from beginning to end, and I will be the main point of contact for all vendor communication through the entire process. I will also be present for every meeting and phone call starting the day of booking. This way, your planning process is completely taken care of and you are able to spend your time and energy celebrating with your favorite people!

Hannah and her team did an amazing job of putting together all the final touches at the reception and making sure everything went smoothly. She did a fantastic job running the rehearsal so that we were all on the same page. Words cannot describe how beautiful her ceremony and reception were. I would highly recommend Hannah to other brides because there are so many moving pieces on your wedding day and having an expert like her to ensure all goes as planned is well worth the investment!

From the meetings leading up to the wedding to the big day she made sure everything was gorgeous and went as smooth as possible! It was such a relief to be able to point all of the questions during the big day right to her and be able to be in every moment of our big day. We 100% would recommend Hannah to anyone that is in need of a wedding coordinator. We were on the fence of needing a coordinator and are so happy that we decided to hire Hannah for our wedding day. Although we did not use her has a hand lettering artist, we have been following her work and think it is so beautiful and would be a really unique addition to a project.

Hannah was absolutely amazing to work with as our coordinator for our wedding in December. Finding a great event manager was incredibly important to me. Hannah thought of every single little detail from handing us tissues during toasts to leaving snacks in the getaway car. She truly made our wedding perfect and we couldn’t be more grateful for Hannah! Hannah truly has a gift and she was amazing to work with.
